We stayed in this villa for 4 days in July and had a lovely time. There was great air-con in both bedrooms - not in the kitchen/living space but this was not an issue as the villa remained cool during the day.
The outside area was very pretty and the pool was a perfect size.
The area is quiet and residential with everything you really need within walking distance of the villa. There was a small shop a 4 minute walk away which had all the essentials, and a bigger supermarket a 10 minute walk away (although down a fairly large hill). There was also a handful of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the property. We got a taxi into Calpe old town a few times (using the 1Taxi! App). Each trip was only 12 euros each way.
The hosts were also really helpful and responsive and happy to answer all of our questions.
Overall, we would really recomend staying here.
