Groot, mooi en rustig gelegen huis op groot stuk grond. Mooi zwembad en buitenruimte. Veel servies en dergelijke in de keuken. Host van Carpe Diem was erg behulpzaam.
Bedden waren op 1 na niet erg comfortabel. In 1 kamer was het bedframe zo slecht en zwak dat het matras in het midden helemaal inzakte, hier viel niet op te slapen. Matrassen in 3 slaapkamers waren erg oud met harde spiralen, niet prettig om op te slapen. Oven in de keuken werkte niet goed.
Extra WC beneden stonk naar rioollucht en hebben we niet gebruikt. Met de deur dicht rook je het gelukkig niet te veel.
Helaas hadden we wat pech met de buren die gingen verbouwen. Host heeft wel contact gezocht en uiteindelijk was er niet constant herrie. Maar eigenlijk zouden eigenaren van dit soort woningen even van te voren elkaar moeten informeren over geplande werkzaamheden en dit plannen buiten de vakantieperioden.

However, we are very sorry that the quality of some mattresses was not satisfactory and that the oven in the kitchen did not work properly. We also regret that the additional bathroom on the ground floor was not in good condition. We have reviewed all of these with the owner and the issues have been replaced and/or improved. These types of comments give us a lot of value to improve our service. The cleanliness of the place. The pool was nice, there were also pool lights.
There was no tour of the villa. Some of the beds were too hard. When we booked the villa it was mentioned in the listing that it has AC but there was no AC on site. When we checked the listing again there was no mention of AC anymore. Even though there was a dishwasher, there was only 2 dishwasher pills. Even though there was a washing machine, there was almost no liquid to wash the clothes with.

To facilitate check-in, we have extended our check-in hours to any time and in some cases we do not do a full tour of the house, but we are always available to attend to your needs or inquiries the next day. We regret the misunderstanding about the air conditioning, this villa DOES NOT have air conditioning and this is indicated in the advertisement. Regarding the washing machine soap, we only leave a welcome pack for the first day, which includes a dose for each machine, a scourer, garbage bag and small welcome amenities. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Por un poner un algún pero, es una pena que el terreno adyancente no esté más cuidado y la ducha de la piscina que no colase bien. Echo en falta un baño completo en la planta inferior, puesto que, el que hay pertenece a la habitación en suite. Pero por lo demás ha sido una estancia genial.

Hola Carol, todo el equipo de Costa CarpeDiem, queremos mandaros un gran gracias por tu reseña 5 estrellas sobre Villa San Jaime y en especial les diré que habéis tenido una estancia "genial", a pesar de que el terreno adyacente no estuviera más acondicionado, pero entendemos que el gran jardín de la propia casa, tan grande os ha resultado suficiente y especioso para disfrutarlo, así como su bonita piscina y en general, el gran confort de esta Villa. Os mandamos un fuerte y cordial saludo de parte de todos los que trabajamos día a día para que vuestras vacaciones sean 100% a repetir!

maison tres spacieuse, terrain immense, exterieur spacieux et très agreable, piscine superbe. on peut vivre à 8 sans se gener: chambres bien isolees du lieu de vie. matelas très confortables (sauf dans la chambre 2 lits) endroit très calme. contact avec carpe diem très facile et agreable. bref, c'était parfait!!!
