The location is great, the view is incredible. My husband found place soulless due to the lack of onsite staff, it didn’t bother me as much. Things that disappointed: General lack of ‘finish’: Duvet cover had a hole in it Pillow was dirty (marks could be seen through pillowcase) Plug in bath didn’t work Bare wire coming out of socket in bedroom area Marks on walls Edges of sofa were grubby and there were stains on the sofa cushions Unfinished carpet by both balcony doors (a cut across the carpet with raw edges showing) One thing that was concerning was the lack of security from the lobby that was accessible all day, anyone could wander up to the rooms

None of the room issues mentioned was reported to us during your stay, so unfortunately our team did not have the opportunity to inspect or address them at the time. We appreciate you highlighting these points. We would also like to clarify the staffing and security arrangements for future guests. Our room team is onsite daily between 11 am and 3 pm, while the restaurant and spa are staffed throughout their respective opening hours. The lobby is accessible while the restaurant is open rather than throughout the entire day. Guest accommodation is protected by individual PIN code access, and the building is covered by CCTV 24 hours a day. Thank you again for your comments and for recognising the wonderful setting. Property managed by Airserviced Cardiffi arranged this accommodation for my son who came to Penarth for a few days. the accommodation was much more than i expected it was a suite, the bed faces the balcony window with full view of the Bristol Channel. it was immaculate. coffee machine. welcome pack. although it was a Monday/Tuesday several restaurants open on the front. weather was dreadful but still had a good time. had a few questions and Imran responded straight away.

Property managed by Airserviced CardiffHad a wonderful stay. Lovely views. Spacious room with comfortable seating and sleeping. Nice bathroom.
Personless check in and out was smooth and easy. We were welcomed by a nice selection of treats in the room. And enjoyed evening cocktails at the restaurant downstairs.
