It is a beautiful house and it is very well located but it needs a deep clean. The room is ok for the price, it doesn't have much privacy because of the glass door but it was comfy and the bathroom was almost private since the guests on the first floor use other bathroom.
Unfortunately we found the bathroom dirty when we arrived, Geoff solved that very quickly which was very kind from his side, however , the whole house needs a deep clean. Everything is very dusty , spider webs everywhere , a lot of dust on surfaces and floors.
The included breakfast it is not clearly stated ( which includes jams and toasts) , so we had to tell people not to eat our food everyday, which was a bit annoying.

Geoff was proactive with the communication of the listing. the house is at amazing peaceful location, close to Jervis bay, has a quaint lake and outdoor area. we had a great time, will be coming again.
