Lovely Location with a Few Suggestions for an Even Better Stay

Thank you for hosting us. The location is lovely, the views are beautiful, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. A few suggestions that may help make the guest experience even smoother: 1- It would be helpful to let guests know in advance that the apartment is some distance from the main gate, particularly when arriving with luggage. 2- For guests with luggage, it may be worth recommending the car park/basement entrance, where they can take the lift directly. This is considerably closer and easier than walking from the main gate through the walkway and up two ramps. Alternatively, having a luggage trolley available would be very helpful given the distance. 3- We did notice a noticeable sewage/drain smell inside the apartment during our stay. It may be worth checking the drains to identify the source and address it, as this would make a noticeable difference to the overall comfort. 4- It would also be helpful to share all required entry and return key/access instructions a little earlier, rather than the night before. Guests may be busy with travel arrangements and other commitments, so having the information in advance would make the arrival and departure process more relaxed and convenient. Overall, we enjoyed the location, beautiful views, and spaciousness of the apartment. Thank you again for hosting us.

Thank you for hosting us. The location is lovely and close to restaurant and shopping locations, the beach views are beautiful, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable.
A few suggestions that could make the guest experience even smoother:
1. It would be helpful to advise guests in advance that the apartment is some distance from the main gate, especially with luggage. The car park/basement entrance is much closer and gives direct access to the lift. A luggage trolley would also be helpful.
2. The intercom was not working, so for every supermarket or restaurant delivery, we had to walk all the way to the main gate to collect it.
3. We noticed a sewage/drain smell inside the apartment. Checking the drains to identify the source would be worthwhile.
4. Sharing all entry and return key/access instructions earlier, rather than the night before, would make arrival and departure more convenient.
Overall, we enjoyed the location, beautiful views, and spacious apartment.

Muchas gracias por su comentario Omaimah y estamos contentos que en general hayan disfrutado. Nuestra oficina tiene un horario y en caso que lleguen fuera de este horario le mandamos las indicaciones con vídeos incluidos para que no tuviera problema alguno. Este vídeo va desde nuestra oficina donde recogieron las llaves, hasta el mismo apartamento. Entendemos que si vienen con mucho equipaje el primer día puede ser el camino un poco largo, aún así son menos de 5 minutos desde la entrada principal hasta el apartamento. No tenemos carritos de equipajes como los hoteles pero el ascensor le lleva directo a la vivienda. El camino desde el parking es un poco más corto pero no venían con coche y si se pierden ahí, es más difícil salir (de ahí que le hiciéramos el vídeo personalmente con toda nuestra buena intención). Świetna lokalizacja, przestronny apartament z pięknym widokiem. Świetne wyposażenie kuchni i bardzo komunikatywny gospodarz, który był bardzo pomocny.
