Great apartment in a great location

Great apartment in a great location. Apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you would need. Complex was beautiful, well maintained and lovely pool. Staff at Banus Rentals were so professional, always easily contactable and accommodating. Communication was faultless and everything was as per description. Would highly recommend..

Great location and great apartment

Exceptional property, spotlessly clean & very well equipped with everything you could think of and more. The apartment is easily accessible from main gate and on third floor with easy access to a lift. Great size room with comfy bed, great kitchen with dishwasher and loads of cookware, cutlery and utensils. Bathroom was great, with lovely large shower and washing machine. Balcony was amazing, great to sit out and take in the evening sun.

Medina Gardens complex is great, with 24 hour security, fob access. The gardens and public areas are so beautifully maintained. The pool is great, loads of sun loungers and water was nice temperature. Shallow to 2m deep so perfect for all.

The location of the apartment is great, very safe, less than 10min walk from the marina, shopping and loads of restaurants. less than 5min walk to the beach.

Definitely one to book!!
