Memories made in a stunning location

This cottage is a hidden gem. The house was everything and more. Am looking to rebook as it was simply stunning. Having been messed around with our original booking elsewhere we decided to book somewhere else and we totally lucked out. Honestly one of the nicest places we have stayed and so close to everything, a lovely cafe close by and Thai restaurant. Wonderful time had by all the family.

Perfect location and lovely property

We booked Ocean Beach through Beside the Sea Holidays. Booking is easy and communication is excellent - you get a guidebook for the house before you arrive. The house is clean and really well equipped - there is a games room too which was really popular with my family. The house is a five minute walk from the beach - and there are lots of great places to eat and Rye is just up the road with amazing shops and cafes. If you have a dog the area is super dog friendly too and the cottage is dog friendly. We’ve stayed at lots of Beside the Sea Holidays properties over the years and they are all really lovely and such a great home away from home.

fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Beach and would definitely recommend it. The house was absolutely spotless and it was clear that so much thought had gone into all the little details and touches that made our stay feel so comfortable and welcoming. The bed was really comfy and we loved spending time relaxing in the garden. The location was perfect too. It was a brilliant base for exploring the area and we enjoyed trips to Rye, Winchelsea and Hastings. We had such a wonderful week and would happily stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay!
