Highly recommended

The Rock is a very comfortable property with everything we could have wished for. The property is nicely located for the beach at Camber Sands. We highly recommend the William the Conqueror pub at Rye Harbour, but found the Owl in Camber to be somewhat disappointing and rather over-priced in terms of the quality of the food they served. Huge thanks to Richard and the team at Beside the Sea who went above and beyond to help us with our queries prior to booking, and for also granting us a much appreciated earlier check-in time on the day of our arrival.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The instruction manual that was sent to us was excellent and access to the house was very simple
It was easy to get to local attractions Camber Sands, Dungeness, Rye.
It is a great place to stay if you want a peace and quiet, but near enough to walk to the beach or drive into Rye

We had such a lovely stay! The house was beautiful, really comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. It’s in a great location for exploring Camber and Rye, and we loved being so close to the beach
Everything was really easy from start to finish, and the place felt welcoming and very well looked after. We had a brilliant week and would definitely recommend it. We’d happily come back!
