Overall, the apartment was lovely and very convenient to just about everything there is to do in New Orleans. It was easy to get to, the hosts provided very helpful pictures to assist with the check-in, and inside the space was clean and well appointed.
Unfortunately, I have to deduct stars from my overall rating because of the communication with the hosts. I spoke with 3 separate people at different times, and each time had to re-discuss when we were checking out, bags, etc. Not once did they simply read the conversation that was right there in the thread before commenting. It made an easy going trip and nice apartment unnecessarily stressful.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the communication was seamless, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, with high-end finishes like the stunning bathroom tile and gorgeous kitchen countertops. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, pots, pans, knives, even salt and pepper, which made cooking so convenient. The place felt very secure, with a code-required entry for the building that gave us peace of mind. Small touches, like the vinyl player and high-quality bathroom products, made the experience feel extra luxurious. We had requested additional towels and received them quicker than I have received items from room service in a hotel. That just shows the care and consideration they have for guests. The entire place was very thoughtful and intentional. This was, hands down, the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Would definitely book with them again in the future.

This apartment had a great location - three block walk to the French Quarter. Tons of great restaurants within walking distance as well.
The hosting company provided lots of documentation and local suggestions, although some of the material was out of date.
There is a significant level of noise due to proximity to the street cars. We thought it would be just fine, that they would stop running late at night, but no: streetcar service is 24/7. Definitely bring ear plugs as the windows provide no sound insulation.
When we arrived, half of the curtains were missing. We were able to cover the window, but there was a lot of light and noise. We were also a little disappointed to find the record player in the photos was missing. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot.
This is a great place to use as a base for exploring the French Quarter, as long as you can deal with the street car and trash truck noise.

Great location! Hosts reached out multiple times during our stay to check in- great food recommendations and the decor was perfect NOLA vibes! Would book this spot again for sure!
