This great place is exactly how described and shown in photos. The host was quick to respond to any question. We liked the location for being walkable to the action of the Quarter but also quiet when you want to escape it.

Trying to get into the building was a horrible experience. Although I received a return call quickly, I have every reason to believe that the person helping us was not the person I communicated with in preparation for our trip (supposedly Garrett). He said he was Garrett, but had great difficulty understanding what we were communicating to him and great difficulty getting us into the building. I actually thought we had been scammed. We were very upset but eventually got in.
The apartment is nice and it was a peaceful stay, very peaceful especially considering the size of the complex. There were plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee, creamer, sugar, and a water filter pitcher.
The communication with the hosts was timely and consistent. However, it was very unsettling having difficulty gaining access to the property coupled with communication that started with someone named "Garrett," then Mike, and then whoever it was I spoke to on the phone. I can say he was kind.

Plenty space inside
