To avoid any confusion for future guests, we'd like to clarify one point regarding the bedrooms. Unlike many vacation homes that are rented at one fixed rate regardless of occupancy, all of our villas offer flexible pricing based on the number of guests staying (for example, rates for 2, 4 or 6 guests). This allows smaller groups to enjoy the same villa at a more attractive rate. As part of this pricing model, we prepare the number of bedrooms included in the reservation. The remainder of the villa is, of course, entirely yours to enjoy throughout your stay. If additional bedrooms are required, we're always happy to prepare them for a small supplementary fee. This simply covers the additional housekeeping, linen, laundry, water and electricity costs associated with preparing and servicing those additional rooms. If we know this in advance, we can ensure every bedroom is beautifully prepared and ready upon arrival. We're also sorry to hear that our departure procedure made you feel less comfortable than we would have liked. That is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Our departure inspection is a standard part of the check-out process for all of our villas and rental cars. It allows us to ensure everything is in order for both our guests and the homeowners, while finalizing the stay in a smooth and transparent way. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
