Amazing house with a great view and great neighborhood amenities. So spacious for our family of 7. The view of the water was beautiful and relaxing. There were so many deer to enjoy watching in the yard and neighborhood. The kids loved playing on the waters edge off the small beach like area (ages 4 and 5).
Easy drive to Blue Ridge to enjoy the downtown area as well as picking apples at Mercier Orchard.
Brad was a great host. His home provides so many things that go a long way in making your stay comfortable…well stocked kitchen for cooking, flash lights, napkins, dish soap, tissues, comfortable bedding, trash bags, fire starters, etc. He truly does go above and beyond to make his guests enjoy their stay.
His communication was too notch and very responsive if I had a question for him.

Very spacious and clean. The kitchen had plenty of dinnerware and cooking utensils. A meat thermometer would have been a nice addition. The linens were very nice, as well as the towels.The men and grandchildren enjoyed trying to fish but our grandson was the only one who caught a big catfish. The best feature was setting by the campfire roasting marshmallows while listening to the sound of the river.

The Grande Lodge exceeded our expectations in everyway. The amount of detail in even the littlest things made for a fantastic stay. Every room was clean, the kitchen was well organized and stocked with the essentials needed. The backyard and river access was our favorite spot. Highly recommend tubing, it was a blast!! We truly enjoyed staying here and will be back in the future.

My big family of 10 had the best time at Brads property! Very clean and accommodating for all of us. The river for us was the highlight. Fishing, tubing and playing. We have stayed at many rentals and this was by far the best! Thank you Brad we had an awesome time!
