We booked this beautiful spot as a destination to celebrate our son's 40th birthday with close friends and family. It was PERFECT in every way possible. The property was peaceful and stunning, with a deck overlooking the river and a small private beach. The home was spotless and more than simply spacious as there were several areas to congregate, both inside and out. Attention to detail was evident in all the spaces, including a Kerig coffee pot and bottled water in every bedroom. Just as importantly, Brad was very welcoming and friendly answering every question we had prior to arrival and beyond. We all had a wonderful time and it was hard to leave. As long as this home is available to rent, it will be our only go-to mountain retreat!

Very nice location, good unrestricted access to the river. Not many steps for persons with mobility issues. Dock riverside great for fishing. Awesome accommodations. Very nice bedroom on the main floor for anyone with mobility issues. Great large open main floor with a very nicely stocked kitchen and two large sitting spaces and a large dining table.

Brad was very accommodating as we booked the place very last minute. He was very proactive and sent us all<br/>Kinds of great info. Bed was comfy, gorgeous view of river and the sound of the water is so peaceful and intoxicating.. love this place… - we can not WAIT to come back!❤️

What an amazing space and access to the water! I'm not sure who enjoyed it.more...the grandparents, parents, kids or pups but it was an overall fantastic.space that allowed us to spend invaluable time together as an extended family. We are already planning a trip back in the summer!
