Had the best time during our stay. Everything is set up and well stocked for your enjoyment and relaxation. Loved having a separate space for the kids downstairs in the bunk room and game room. We saw so much wildlife - deer everywhere and a bear crossed right in front of our car. The river access was perfect for our summer getaway from the Florida heat.
Brad gave us all the info we needed before we arrived including great directions for safely and easily finding the place and avoiding some unpaved and steep roads.
Can't wait to return.

Booked the weekend away to float the river out of the backyard and enjoy some parent-time, and it didn’t disappoint. This is easily the best river access and stretch of water that we’ve stayed at and we will definitely return. Upon arrival there were issues with the HVAC system, but the host was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to make things right. Overall this was a great stay and we will definitely book again.

The most beautiful setting for a relaxing summer vacation! Our kids (ranging in ages from 4-12) had the time of their lives playing in the river! From fishing, to tubing, to skipping rocks- this escape from all of the hustle and bustle of home was exactly what we needed to recharge! The house was great- well stocked, quick 15 min drive into town. And the deer! Oh my goodness- just incredible- they were everywhere! There are a LOT of stairs- but we just considered that part of our daily workout. :) Washer and dryer worked great- and was a lifesaver with all the wet clothes and towels from playing out back. 100% would love to stay here again! Brad was fantastic and super responsive anytime I had a question. Do yourself a favor and book this one!
