We are delighted to know that you particularly enjoyed the apartment’s superb location, its fresh and well-maintained condition, as well as the outdoor swimming pool and restaurant. We are especially grateful for your perfect 10/10 scores for cleanliness, location, facilities, comfort and value for money. Thank you also for your comments regarding the lifts and access to the building. Both the lifts and the entrances and communal areas form part of the building’s shared facilities and therefore fall outside the direct management of Marbella Banús Suites. Nevertheless, we fully understand that these aspects also contribute to the overall guest experience, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. The locked entrance doors form part of the building’s access-control and security system. While this provides a more controlled and secure environment, we understand that on certain occasions it may feel less convenient or straightforward. Above all, we are pleased that these details did not prevent you from having a very positive stay and that you described the property as an excellent apartment in a fantastic location.
