When you read that you have to walk up an alley down the side of a Costa, you wonder what you've let yourself in for. Then you discover this lovely little courtyard of cottages and everything's OK. But then there's the cottage itself. It's completely outstanding, one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. Not just beautifully decorated, but fully kitted out and with enough supplies and goodies thrown in that you barely need to shop. Really good quality stuff from the bath gel to the coffee and granola and with so many thoughtful touches and goodies. Loved it from top to bottom, and so handy for everything from high street pubs and restaurants to walks out alongside the river and cricket ground. Genuinely outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Arcade, which is a beautiful stone house in a cobbled courtyard.
We've never stayed anywhere that has so brilliantly catered for all visitor needs. The breakfast hamper was particularly special and meant we didn't need to rush off to a supermarket. The whole house is beautiful and we enjoyed having such a well equipped kitchen. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay

Just a great stay. Cosy, clean and practical and just as described. The homemade bread and jam was a nice extra touch.

We got a bit stuck because of car trouble, but Chris and FeiFei’s incredible Airbnb was there to support us even at such short notice, providing fresh bread and a warm, clean, welcoming home. We were so pleased to have our holiday extended so we could enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area. Highly recommend staying at Muddy Boots; they have thought of everything so you don't have to. From a well-stocked kitchen to dog bowls for our puppy. Thanks very much to Muddy Boots for a wonderful night!
