Our Host was Great. Kind and helpful.There were numerous issues with the property that we did not need as we were in the Whistler area Celebrating our Daughters Wedding. The circuit breaker that controlled the downstairs lights and the hot water tank went off numerous times leaving us to have cool showers. On the morning we left it went off at least 7 times as we were all getting ready to catch flights and clean up - very annoying. Please get a new Breaker installed. The door on the 1/2 Bath off the kitchen does not lock. We had to use something to keep the door closed when people used it. Please get fixed. Pots, pans and utensils were old and not appealing to use. Beautiful new toaster oven and espresso machine which we would have liked to use but there were no instructions. Stove top was dirty. To use fireplace they requested we use Duralogs - it would have been nice to have provided at least one and been aware of where to purchase them before hand for others in our group to enjoy. We were pretty busy with the Wedding. Also downstairs TV area carpet needs replacing. We didn’t even want to use that room due to grunginess.On the Positive side it was nice to have the garage to use to keep supplies in vehicles out of the elements. Beds were comfortable! Enough space for our group. Bathrooms were nice. Appreciated large open kitchen. Martine our host was kind and easy to get in touch with.

It was great for a family celebration. We enjoyed the space and the hot tub. And of course, everything Whistler has to offer.

The chalet was exactly as described. It was great to have all bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, the sitting areas were comfortable and the kitchen was much appreciated by all the cooks in the group. We made good use of our lift season pass and thoroughly enjoyed the scenery. Availability of a car is essential. We could have done with a shot of heat, as it was pretty cool outside. Instead of that the air conditioner was blasting cold air. Instructions told us not to touch the thermostat - so we didn't. And we had trouble with the lock box, which only worked sporadically. The promised handyman never turned up. Apart from these few glitches all was well.
