We enjoyed being in Aberdour but found the apartment rather depressing and disappointing

We loved being in Aberdour as it is a very pretty place and really enjoyed walks and taking train into Edinburgh

The quality of the apartment was very poor especially considering the high cost. The kitchen was very shabby and in desperate need of updating. The lighting was very poor in the main room so very difficult to read. The shower room also needs updating. In general the property was disappointing and very overpriced. The quality in general was of a very low standard.

Great place to stay with good local amenities and great links to Edinburgh. We stayed with our dog who loved the beaches. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. We used this as a base for going to Edinburgh. The apartment was clean, fully functioning and the kids loved the bunk beds. Gertrud was a great host and communion was great. She even left a little sweet hunt for the kids on arrival which they loved.
