Excellent beds, good facilities, nice main area. Close to Beach. Clean and a very good welcome from Kim. Flexible check in and check out times.

The poolarea did not meet our expectations. There was no sun all day.

Kim was a great host. She was very responsive, efficient, and quick to help whenever we needed anything. The home is also in a prime location and was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 11.
That said, for the price, we expected the property to be in better condition. We noticed some areas with traces of mold, likely due to the humidity, along with a few plumbing issues. The kitchen sink pipes were not fully functional, and there was leaking in some of the bathrooms. Some of the furniture and finishes also felt dated, although everything was still serviceable.
Overall, we enjoyed our time in Ibiza and really appreciated Kim’s hospitality. The house has a lot of potential, especially because of its size and location. With some updates, repairs, and remodeling, I think the property could better match the price being charged
I’d personally rate our stay around 3.8/5. Not a bad experience at all, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved for the price.

Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to playa den bossa and Ushuaïa/Hi. Villa was perfect for a group of 12. Kim was brilliant from to finish, can’t recommend enough.
