We stayed at el Rey de Portalon and our stay was managed perfectly by Osa PM. All instructions were clear and accurate, communication was very fast and responsive and always polite and professional. And they provided us with a personal concierge, Gary Cerdas. With Gary's help, we upped out vacation game with experiences from trusted and well- vetted providers, from massage therapists to a personal chef to local tours. The entire experience was exceptional!!

El condominio está muy bien ubicado y tiene una ubicación privilegiada ya que de encuentra frente al mar, a un costado de la piscina y en el primer piso.
Es un lugar tranquilo y muy bello.
Encontramos todo limpio y muy cómodo. Una noche se fue la luz una hora o un poco más, pero, comprendemos que son situaciones que suceden. Sin embargo, todo estuvo excelente.

Our stay at El Rey de Portalon was amazing! The home is just stunning - while accurate, the photos can't do it justice. 3 large bedrooms, one of which stands alone just past the pool with a 270 degree view of the mountains and coast, all three host a full bath and comfy king bed. The kitchen/dining/family area is huge with views everywhere! The pool is lovely.
We loved having Gary Cerdas as a personal concierge, provided by Osa management. He helped us book experiences with trust and confidence and was always available when we had questions, even connecting us to a private chef (Chef Mario, who was amazing!) for a dinner one night.
Osa property management was spot on with communications, making every aspect of the experience easy. And the 11am checkout plus checkout instructions are very guest friendly!
Yes, you need 4x4 to get up the hill - we booked a Suziki Jimney and it was great. Mara polo beach 15 min south is lovely, stretching forever and nearly deserted!
