I’m sorry the cleanliness, smell and bathroom (particularly the shower and shower curtain) did not meet the standard you expected. Our properties are maintained to a high standard — reflected in our 9.3/10 rating from more than 2,200 reviews — and this experience falls short of what we require. We have already raised the matter with our cleaning team and will be carrying out a full inspection of the property, with particular attention to the bathroom and any residual odours, to ensure everything is put right. We take feedback of this nature seriously and will make sure any issues are addressed. Kind regards

Property managed by Portrush by the SeaWe had a lovely stay here, the accommodation was very clean and tidy, in a quiet area and a walkable distance to great restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
