We as a family of four stayed here for 4 nights. It was a lovely experience. The apartment is very nice, very cosy and homely. Beds were comfy too. Very clean also. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, giving clear instructions and directions to get there. Everything is close too but not so close that it's noisy, it's lovely and quiet where it's located. But a 5/10 minute walk and your up the town and in the middle of everything you'd want and need . Just a fabulous stay, highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely two-bedroom apartment in Portrush. The apartment was bright, modern and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary appliances and amenities. The location is excellent — perfectly situated for enjoying everything Portrush has to offer, with the beach, restaurants and local attractions all within easy reach. Peter was a great host and was easily contactable throughout our stay, which made everything very straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Portrush by the Sea to others. We’re already looking forward to returning!

Apartment itself was clean & comfortable. Clean white cotton bedding and bath towels. Kitchen fully equipped (coffee machines etc) if you want to cook and also do laundry. Our stay was very quiet & undisturbed. I think there are 3 apts in the terraced house. Very central location for coastal walks & restaurants etc in Portrush. Think there is maybe some renovations/redecs going on in the houses in the street so probably a little spruce up of the entrance & stairwell will be on the cards. Would stay again.
