Enjoyable stay in a comfortable apartment with caring hosts

Very well equipped, very clean, large apartement with powerful air conditioning (very useful in a heatwave) and a balcony (not so useful in 40°, but large and must be great when the outside temperature is lower). The hosts were looking after us very well during our stay. A bonus: Sunday morning a huge market opened in the streets below the apartment, that was fantastic. (If someone is not interested, no problem, the sound insulation is perfect, so the noise was not disturbing. We actually opened the window a litle bit to enjoy the ambiance.)
The city center is at about 30 minutes' walk, there is bus and tram connection too. There is a shop at about 2 minutes, and the neighbourhood is OK - the buildings are modern and we felt safe.
The welcome spumante was a nice susrprise.

The apartment is not in the "charming" part of Trastevere, it's at a 10-15 minutes walk from there. (Otherwise the street is OK, ans surely more calm in the evenings than the charming part.)
We could have used some equipment to dry up the water on the bathroom floor if it inevitabely skips from the bath sometimes.
