Thank you for your review. However, I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Regarding check-in, I am sorry that you had to wait approximately 20 minutes for someone to arrive with the keys. However, I had already provided you with the code to access the main entrance, and you were able to enter the building and wait in the shaded courtyard rather than staying outside in the heat. Regarding the stairs and the small elevator, this information is clearly stated in my listing description, so guests are aware of these characteristics before making a reservation. This is a historic building, and naturally some features are different from those of a modern building. Regarding the mold, this was an unexpected issue that I was not aware of before your arrival. I took the matter seriously, and the affected area was treated as soon as the apartment became available after your departure. I am sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations, but I also feel it is important to clarify these points, especially when some of the concerns mentioned in your review were already clearly communicated in the listing. I always appreciate constructive feedback and use it to continue improving the experience for my guests.
