We had a great time staying in this apartment!
Location was fantastic! Close to a lot of the main attractions and sites. Felt very safe and you could walk to many restaurants and shops.
The apartment was very clean and unique. LOTS of stairs to get up. But there is and elevator that takes you one floor below the apartment.
Overall we had an amazing time here and in Rome in general!

A lovely place in general, we had a wonderful stay. If the furnitures on the balcony would be nicer, it would even be more perfect. Location is great and the apartment is overall in a good condition.

Amazing location. So much activity, restaurants, and historical sites were within a stone's throw.
The kitchen was great; the sleeping quarters were great - we were sad our son could not join because we certainly had room.
The host's communication was great - what can I say? Great!
Those who can't walk stairs need to know it is 5 flights up (in case the elevator doesn't work occasionally), which isn't the host's fault. We did use it for luggage up and down when it really counted!

The apartment was in a great location for walking to many attractions.
It was a little tired looking but nothing that would stop me re booking.
Having said that if you are a party of anymore than two I would not suggest the apartment.
Bed upstairs would be ok for 8/10 yo and if you use the couch as we did for our 19 yo you have no lounge area at all.
The bathroom set up would only be appropriate for very close family members as it is really more an ensuite for the only bedroom with a glass door separating. The area where the toilet/shower is is not directly viewable but still feels a little too cozy.
