Overall, great experience here. Located right on the square, so left the car in the garage and walked everywhere. Beautiful views from the room. Price per night was reasonable considering location but cleaning fees seem high considering we emptied trash and washed the dishes, as requested. Only disappointment was the game room closing at 10pm even though quiet hours were 11pm, but that was property rules I guess. We tried to play pool right about 10pm but were turned away. Also, the shuffle board table was terrible, and we were excited about Golden Tee game in the game room but it wasn’t working. However, those marks are against the condo building and not the room. Last comment would be to add a privacy shade in the kitchen window with the neighboring window directly across and the studio style room made it feel exposed.

Nice cozy space. Clean. Great kitchen supplies and spices available. Room was warm even with the small ac unit. Best to close curtains during the day. Very close to Main Street in Breckenridge and restaurants are everywhere within walking distance. I would stay there again.
