La ubicación está buenísima—pero durante nuestra estancia de más que una semana, la lavadora no funciona y es una máquina bastante antigua. Aunque el sitio es bonito, era un poco triste tener que planear un día para lavar ropa afuera de casa en lugar durante unas vacaciones y no estar capaz de usar las amenidades que han puesto en el anuncio con la expectativa de tener todo lo que necesitamos en casa.
The location is great—but during our stay of more than a week, the washing machine stopped working and it is a fairly old machine. Although the place is nice, it was a little sad to have to plan a day to do laundry outside the house instead during a vacation and not be able to use the amenities they have listed in the ad with the expectation of having everything we need in the home.

The outside lock only worked once for us and there was only one set of keys which was not enough for 6 adults. It would have been helpful to have some instructions on how to work the appliances. We were also left only one pod for the dishes and we were there 4 nights. The apartment was close to the old section and on the river. It was very beautiful

Lo cierto es que nosotros probamos la cerradura con ustedes varias veces y funcionaba perfectamente, entendemos que algo no estaban haciendo bien, ademas tenian llaves fisicas del apartamento , en cuanto a los conusmibles, dejamos para los primeros dias, no proporcionamos papel higienico o jabon para toda la estancia cosa que ademas tampoco anunciamos. esperamos que por lo demas hayan tenido una buena estancia.

Big appartment as expected, just few inconveniences which I guess is more because of bad luck than to the appartement itself.

Almost 5 stars. We really loved the space of the apartment and the location. We were disappointed with difficulties with the digital key for check in but it was sorted quickly. And then there was no hot water - the boiler had been turned off. Very confusing for us but there was a willingness to fix this and give us instructions on what to do (since we were unfamiliar with this system and can’t read Spanish). We got hot showers on second day.
Location is really wonderful. Close to walk to old town and Guggenheim. And shopping district. Lots of places to eat on both sides of the river. We cooked in one night to enjoy the apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Also close to the train station where we collected the rental car to depart Bilbao.
Loved our visit to Bilbao. Recommend the apartment. And do a walking tour of the old town to get a run down in the history.

Logement conforme à la description, à part une odeur de vomi dans la cuisine, qui nous a percuté le nez, et qui est resté tout le long du séjour, malgré nos différentes enquêtes, nous n'avons pas réussi à résoudre l'énigme. Sinon grande pièce à vivre, les lumières étant très fortes nous avons été obligé de prendre les lampes de chevets pour nous éclairer avec beaucoup moins d'intensité.
L'appartement est très grand, pour certaine chambre la literie serait à changer ainsi que les oreillers.
L'emplacement est idéal avec une très belle vue. Les petites rues commerçantes sont au pied de la résidence.
le parking au sous sol est un réel confort.

la verdad es que nos sorprende el tema del olor a vomito en la cocina , tengan por seguro que investigaremos a fondo, pero nunca nos habia pasado, como bien ustedes dicen el resto de la casa estaba limpia y ustedes mismo no han posido identificar, quiero pensar que haya podido ser un problema puntual comunitario pero estamos trabajando en ver donde puede estar el problema , por que desde luego de nuestro alojamiento no es
