Also, by visiting our website and using the widget or any other tools hosted in our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or accessible by hyperlink. You undertake not to act in any way that may damage the image, interests or rights of Revyoos or of third parties, or that may damage, render useless or overload the Revyoos Site, or that may hinder, in any way, the normal use of the website.
Users shall respect at all times all the intellectual property rights existing over the Revyoos Site and Widgets, whether owned by Revyoos or by third parties. The User is expressly prohibited to carry out any reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, making available, extraction, reusing, resending or in any way using, by any means or procedure, of any of the parts of the Revyoos Site, except when it is lawful to do so or authorisation has been provided by the holder of the relevant rights.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of the Services and a potential claim.
1.2 Registration: Revyoos informs its users about its personal data protection policy in the section “Privacy Policy” of the Revyoos Site, so that they may freely and of their own volition determine whether they wish to provide Revyoos the personal data that may be required of them, or that may be obtained through their use of the services and functions that we provide.
When the User decides to register on Revyoos, the following personal data will be requested in section “Register as a user”: Name, E-mail, with the sole purpose of registering the User and managing his/her account, to use the services offered by Revyoos.
You are accountable for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by you or a third party (including your colleagues, employees, contractors, agents or members of your household). You will contact us immediately if you believe an unauthorized third party may be using your account or if your account information is lost or stolen. You may terminate your account and this Agreement at any time in accordance with Section 9.
2. Sources and Third-Party Content/tools/links
The Revyoos Site and Widgets,- specially the all-in-one review widget-, make available to the User, solely for searching and accessing information, contents and services available on the Internet and also hyperlinks or technical link devices (such as, text links or buttons), which allow the User to access third party Internet sites or portals,- specially websites which contain or links guests reviews and comments about rentals and properties-, which belong to or are managed by third parties ( “Source” or “Sources”) and Revyoos is not liable in any event for the content of the third-parties websites including those mentioned guest reviews and comments.
All automatically collected reviews from guests about rentals and properties, above mentioned, as well as other third-party content we link in our website, belong to third parties. Revyoos just collects and gathers those reviews and third-party content in the all-in-one review widget of our website and shows them to the Users. All sources are duly mentioned and linked to.
Therefore, Revyoos respects always the intellectual property rights existing over the referred reviews and third-party content and websites. Any manipulation from Users is absolutely prohibited, in particular attempts to erase the mention of any Source and its links.
Reviews imported in bulk through an excel/CSV sheet are under User’s responsibility and User certifies that all reviews come from real guests and third-party’s websites where they are published on.
Users are only allowed to add or link properties they directly manage or own and Revyoos will not be liable in no event in this regard. It will be the User responsibility to make an adequate use of his widget and comply not only with Revyoos Terms & Conditions but also with third parties Terms & Conditions. The End-User has the possibility to decide for each source to display the full content of every review or only the average star rating and nº of reviews depending on his preferences or sources Terms & Conditions.
Revyoos will not be liable in case of interruption of the Services of third parties which may affect the services provided in our website.
Revyoos does not offer, on its own behalf or through third parties, the information, contents and services available in the websites of the Sources, nor does it approve of, supervise or control in any way whatsoever the contents and services or any material of any nature therein available. Your use of any third-Party Content is at your sole risk.
We may also provide you with access to third-party tools and websites over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools and websites “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Occasionally there may be info on our website or in the widgets that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to properties descriptions, rentals, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We are not liable in any event for any of these mentioned errors, mistakes, or omissions, especially those contained in third-party sites (Sources).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the website or on any related website or in the widgets. When we decide to correct any mistakes or change or update information we will do so without prior notice.
5. Coupon Usage Policy
Revyoos may, at its discretion, offer discount coupons to users as part of promotional campaigns or individual offers. These coupons are intended to provide benefits to eligible users under specific conditions.
Types of Coupons:
- Promotional Coupons: These are general-use coupons distributed as part of marketing campaigns, partnerships, or promotions.
- Individual Coupons: These are unique, single-use coupons issued to specific users for personal use only.
Terms of Use:
- Coupons are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or reproduced.
- Each coupon is valid for a single use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Coupons must be used within their specified validity period.
- Only one coupon may be applied per user per subscription cycle, unless otherwise specified.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Promotional coupons linked to a specific Property Management System (PMS) are exclusively for clients who manage their properties through that PMS.
Misuse and Abuse:
Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or misuse coupons—including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to redeem the same coupon, sharing individual coupons with others, or using expired or unauthorized coupons—constitutes a violation of these terms.
Revyoos reserves the right to:
- Cancel any coupons obtained or used in violation of these terms.
- Suspend or terminate user accounts involved in coupon abuse.
- Refuse future coupon issuance to users found in violation.
By using a coupon, users agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that any breach may result in corrective actions as deemed appropriate by Revyoos.
6. Prohibited uses
Revyoos Site and its widgets and tools are exclusively for your own lawful use. You are prohibited from using them (a) for any unlawful or criminal purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, national or regional regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. 7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Revyoos, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Services, the widgets or any other features.
8. Changes to the Services and prices
We may change, discontinue any of the Services or change or remove features or functionality of the website or the widgets from time to time, without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
We also may change any prices in our website without prior notice to Users.
9. User comments and other submissions

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
In case the User has concluded a contract with Revyoos for a one-year period, and the User decides to terminate the contract early and before its end, the User will not be entitled to any refund from Revyoos.
11. Revyoos Security
Revyoos implements reasonable security measures which are adequate to detect the existence of viruses. Nevertheless, the User must be aware that the existing security measures for computer systems on the Internet are not entirely unfailing and that, therefore, Revyoos cannot guarantee the non-existence of viruses or any other elements that may cause alterations to the User’s computer systems (hardware and software) or to his/her electronic files.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Spanish law.
