Property managed by One Big Sustainable IslandAmazing stay! Would do it again! A frame was so cozy, a little chilly in the morning but everything you could need was on the island. Great host as well :)

Cozy is exactly what we're after, though Maine mornings do like to arrive a little crisper than the afternoons that follow. Kent and the staff were extremely quick with responses to questions, always friendly, and truly thought of everything that would be needed for an amazing experience. Mary, thank you! We're so glad the A-Frame gave your family of four a chance to be immersed in nature without first spending a week planning and packing for it. That's very much the idea. We try to think through the gear and the details ahead of time so you can arrive on the island, settle in, and get straight to the good part. Thank you also for the kind words about Kent and the Reset Crew. Quick, friendly answers to questions are something they take real pride in, and we'll be sure they hear it. Property managed by One Big Sustainable IslandIt is obvious that Kent and Heather love what they are doing. Where else can you vacation with three dogs and your family. Sweet private sights where you can get unplugged from your weekly grind. I would love to bring my family, human and K9, back again!

Property managed by One Big Sustainable IslandWe had an amazing time at the A-frame! It was so cozy at night and the gazebo was the perfect outdoor kitchen. We spent lots of time on the dock, enjoying our meals and watching baby squirrels play. We borrowed a couple paddle boards and had a great time paddling and floating around the island. Kent was so helpful with answering our questions and checking in on us whenever he passed by. We hope to be back soon!

Madelyn, thank you! We're so glad the A-Frame treated you well. A cozy cabin at night and a gazebo that doubles as an outdoor kitchen is a pretty good setup, and it sounds like the dock handled meals, floating, and squirrel-watching without complaint. We can't take credit for the baby squirrels, but we're pleased they turned in such a strong performance. Paddling around the island is one of our favorite ways to see Annabessacook Lake, and we love that the paddle boards got some good use while you were here. Thank you also for the kind words about Kent. He does like to check in as he passes by, and we'll pass your note along. We hope to have you back at the A-Frame soon for more Maine lake time!
