We are delighted that you enjoyed the spaciousness, the spotless cleanliness, the newly renovated interiors, and the exceptional central location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. We are also pleased that, despite being in such a lively area, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars, you found the apartment quiet and comfortable. Regarding your arrival, our check-in times are clearly set so that our cleaning team has ample time to prepare and thoroughly clean the property between guests, and each guest is aware of the times before booking. For operational reasons, it is not possible to store luggage in the apartment until it has been fully prepared and officially handed over to the guest. We would also like to clarify the point about toiletries. Marbella Banús Suites offers a complimentary **Welcome Kit** with essential items for our guests' arrival, including basic supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms. These products are offered as a courtesy to cover basic needs during the first few hours after your arrival, not as an unlimited supply for your entire stay. As is typical in self-catering holiday apartments, rather than hotels, any additional items you may need during your stay will be at your own expense, according to your needs. We greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us refine and improve the experience we offer.
