Dear Shayan, Thank you very much for sharing your experience and for your excellent 9/10 rating. We are delighted to know that you particularly enjoyed the apartment’s superb location, its fresh and well-maintained condition, as well as the outdoor swimming pool and restaurant. We are especially grateful for your perfect 10/10 scores for cleanliness, location, facilities, comfort and value for money. Thank you also for your comments regarding the lifts and access to the building. Both the lifts and the entrances and communal areas form part of the building’s shared facilities and therefore fall outside the direct management of Marbella Banús Suites. Nevertheless, we fully understand that these aspects also contribute to the overall guest experience, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. The locked entrance doors form part of the building’s access-control and security system. While this provides a more controlled and secure environment, we understand that on certain occasions it may feel less convenient or straightforward. Above all, we are pleased that these details did not prevent you from having a very positive stay and that you described the property as an excellent apartment in a fantastic location. Thank you once again for choosing Marbella Banús Suites. We sincerely hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Marbella for another excellent stay. Warm regards, The Marbella Banús Suites Team

Dear James, Thank you very much for your thoughtful review and for describing the penthouse as the best property you have rented during your many years of visiting Puerto Banús. That is an exceptional compliment and one we greatly appreciate. We are delighted that you enjoyed the generous space, modern design, comprehensive equipment, impeccable cleanliness and sense of security throughout your stay. It is especially rewarding to know that the property stood out so positively given your extensive experience of the area. Thank you as well for your practical suggestion regarding a television manual. Even small details can make a stay more effortless, and feedback of this kind is extremely valuable to us as we continue refining the guest experience. We are very pleased that there was otherwise nothing you disliked and that you enjoyed such a fabulous few days in the penthouse. Thank you sincerely for choosing Marbella Banús Suites. We would be delighted to welcome you back to Puerto Banús for another exceptional stay. Warm regards, The Marbella Banús Suites Team
